Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed; however, we will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your final look.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Makeup services require a $25 deposit
Hair services require a $50 deposit

Deposits go toward your total service balance. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be communicated when booking.

Clients are given a 10-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. After the grace period, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled depending on availability.

If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. We want to ensure the safety and comfort of all clients.
